MULTIBOXING COMMANDS

Comments

Tells Mojo to ignore part of a hotkey script.

Syntax

//

/*   */

Parameters

None.

Examples

// Mojo ignores everything
// from the slashes to the
// end of the line.
/*
   Mojo ignores
   everything between
   the symbols.
*/

Remarks

You can use these symbols to temporarily “blank out” part of a script so Mojo ignores it even though it’s still there. Programmers call this “commenting out” a piece of text.

You can also use them to put notes to yourself in a script.

These symbols work pretty much like they do in the C and C++ programming languages. (Thanks, Dennis!) However there is one difference. In Mojo, /* */ symbols nest but in C and C++ they do not. I made them nest in Mojo because C and C++ can create nesting comments with #if but Mojo lacks #if.

/*
/*
*/
  This is a comment in Mojo
  but not C or C++.
