Testers needed

I need a few testers to help me with something new. I want to add a way to turn hotkey connections on and off between computers on a home network. This would solve a big problem that happens when more than one person plays with Mojo in the same house. In order to help test this, you need at least tw...

Build 299 -- Features for editing scripts

It's easier now to fix errors in scripts because error messages provide more information and give you a nifty new Edit button. When you click the button, your script opens in your favorite text editor with the cursor on the spot that needs to be fixed. To make this work, you need to enter two pieces...

Re: Buttons (quick bars)?

Noticed 1 issue so far, but iguess its because its a window on top of DAoC. I have my Mousebutton 4 bound to be /face and that wont work if my mouse is hovering over the panel. It could ofc easily get fixed by adding it to a Hotkey in Mojo. I managed to get this to work at least partially in today'...

Build 298 -- SetForegroundWin, bug fixes

New stuff A new command for scripted hotkeys, SetForegroundWin , has been added. This is similar to the old predefined hotkey "ActivateToonWindow" but it's better because you can use the name of a toon, window, or account. The old hotkey (which you can still use if you want) can accept only a toon ...

Re: Too many updates

Sorry, Blood. If you were a customer -- if you paid for Mojo -- I would give you a choice. But you didn't pay. I'm giving Mojo to you for free. In return for getting it free, you agree to let it update. If you don't like that deal, don't use the program. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but that's the la...

Re: Buttons (quick bars)?

Transparent panels (only button text is visible) are implemented in build 296. Syntax:

Code: Select all

Panel
{
   ButtonLabelsOnly ( true )
   ...
}
Also, you can right click the top of a panel to toggle this on.

This may not be exactly what you asked for but it's pretty close.

Builds 296 and 297 -- ButtonLabelsOnly

Mojo's Discord channel has been beefed up. Many thanks to DV Lewis for making it happen. For an invite, go to Mojo's main menu and click Help, then "Talk to us." You can now make panels completely transparent (invisible) except for the writing on the buttons. To make this happen, write "ButtonLabels...

Re: Mojo's Discord server

I want to give a really big thanks to DV Lewis for whipping Mojo's Discord server into shape. She spent about 5 hours on it this morning.

Here's an invite for it:

Re: Buttons (quick bars)?

I think it's possible but not sure because these panels are implemented as plain old "Windows Windows" that weren't designed originally for modern graphics. I'll have to experiment to see whether it's possible.

Re: Buttons (quick bars)?

I added alpha (opacity) in build 295 which is now on the server. I'm holding off on right-click because I can't figure out a simple extension to the existing syntax. Also, it occurs to me that maybe I should implement not only left and right click but alt/shift/ctrl/right/left click and all 16 combi...

Build 295 -- translucent button panels

You can now make button panels translucent by setting their alpha (opacity). There are two ways to do it: (1) Right-click the top of a panel and drag the slider with your mouse, or (2) use the new alpha keyword in a script. Many thanks to Koxicain for suggesting this. A bug was fixed that prevented ...

Build 284 -- Misc

I'll call this the Vaporlock build because every change was a result of suggestions or questions from Vaporlock of Gaheris, who recently returned to the game after years away. Many thanks to him. Changes in this build: -- Rewrote the popup on the "PCs with Mojo" tab that had been telling users incor...

Re: Mojo Setup

If there was any text with the number 0x80070057 on the error message, could you please post it here so I can read it? I also recommend looking for the error reports on Event Viewer because they may provide additional information. Could you please tell me whether 0x80070057 (that specific number) is...

Re: Mojo Setup

I don't know the reason for your problem but I don't think it's caused by Mojo. As far as I can tell, the download from this website is working properly (I just downloaded it and installed it to make sure). Are you running a security program that blocks the installation? Are you running non-admin Wi...

Re: Multiboxing over network?

You don't have to do anything special to make this work on two PCs. Write your script the same way you would if all the toons were on one PC. Run Mojo on both PCs and launch all the toons with Mojo. For best results, launch all toons as a team from the main PC. Click here to see all available instru...
