I thought this over and decided that multiple DAOC settings are so important, they have to be in Mojo. And now they are.On Postcount.net, Etaew wrote:Is there any way to handle multiple screen layouts and resolution settings automatically?
It's done with virtual folders. These folders take up almost no room on your hard disk or SSD -- only a few thousand bytes each. Each virtual folder has its own settings. You use these folders exactly like real ones. You can make as many of them as you like.
To make a virtual folder, select DAOC > Create virtual installation folder.
Enter a name for your folder. The name can be anything you like:
Mojo will make the folder and show you the folder's path:
That's the whole thing. You can use that new folder as the default or as the folder for individual toons. It will have its own settings.
You can make as many virtual folders as you want. They take up so little space, you can make one for each toon if you want.
You can now tell Mojo to launch all game windows without title bars and borders. Open Settings > Set Preferences as shown in the red circle below:
Then check "Remove frames from launched game windows."
Hopefully the Windows 8 problem shown in this picture (thanks, Etaew) has been fixed:
